This article shows how to show or hide Tableau Pages, Filters, Marks, Columns, and Rows Cards and shelfs from the Worksheet Menu with an example. First, we will create a simple Bar chart with Country And sales.
You can select and drag the shelf using the mouse to whatever position you need. For instance, we dragged the Filters shelf to the bottom.
How to Show or Hide Tableau Cards and Shelf?
In the previous version, you could use the down arrow beside each card or shelf to hide them from showing. However, you must use the Worksheet Menu in the latest version.
Go to the Worksheet Menu, choose the Show Cards option, and then uncheck or unselect unwanted cards or shelves. For example, let me uncheck the Filters and Pages shelf.
From the below image, you can see there are no Filters and Pages.
Let me uncheck Pages, Filters, Marks, Columns, and Rows Shelves. And you can see there are no rows or columns. Similarly, use the Reset Cards option to reset the shelf and cards to their original position.
